Wasteland installation takes a stand on the consumption of plastic, the lack of recycling of plastic waste from private households in Finland, in year 2007.  Problem is current  globally. The installation brings out a side of the packaging waste problem, which is in every person's everyday life, but it is hidden in the garbage closet without questioning it. The work is 20 years old, the work in the picture contains plastic bottles accumulated over a period of 7 years from private households, the background of which is a fragmented photo of a decommissioned municipal waste dump. The task of the work is to bring the plastic recycling problem before the eyes as a concrete, tangible thing.
